How To- Price Like a Pro

Pricing matters. Choose your pricing for the purpose and you could actually boost your sales.

Different numbers tend to be associated with different meanings. If you do not know why you are choosing the prices you assign to your products and services, you could be reducing sales and limiting your income, which can bottleneck your cash flow.

Reduced cash flow is not the path to financial freedom.

Instead, think like the big companies:

1. “9” or “0” generally means full price

2. “6” or “7” is usually used when the product is on sale, “8” is often a two-for-one deal

3. “3” or “6” is often clearance

Now, every company has its own code, so this is not an exact science. However, if you have a product line and want to have loyal customers who are in the know, include these secrets in your messages to those customers. This can work for courses and coaching, too.

So, the next time you are pricing your products or services, think about the message you are sending with your pricing. Update accordingly.
