Did you know I have an Associates in Electronics?
I was a radar maintenance technician in the USAF a million years ago. And, while I would never want to do anything related to that field as a career, it has saved me tens of thousands of dollars over the years.
There are some skills that seem really overwhelming and difficult when you first look at them.
But, little by little, they get easier.
And can free up your resources (time, money, etc) for things that are truly important to you. Money and finances are like that.
They seem scary at first.
After all,if you screw up it could mean not being able to pay the bills, or retire, or go on vacation…
But, with a basic education and a trusted mentor to help you along the way, it is really not that difficult.
You will be surprised- and proud- at how much you can accomplish and how much easier life can be!

ps- it did not photograph well, but the panel on the left had so much extra wire that you could not tell what went where (notice you cannot even see the neutral or grounding bars), there were several neutrals and grounds that were not secured, and six circuit breakers were carrying two wires! The panel on the right is cleaned up, with one wire per breaker and each ground and neutral is securely where they belong.
