We are six weeks into the new year.
Unfortunately, by now 96% of New Years goals have been long forgotten…
If you want to be part of the 4%, there are a few tricks you can use:
– break your big year goal down into quarterly goals
– now break your quarterly goals down into weekly goals
– then break your weekly goals down into daily goals
– you can even break your daily goals down further, if possible
By making goals small and consistent, you will reach your bigger goals. And, even if you miss your big goal, you will still be further ahead than if you gave up completely.
As a bonus, your small, daily goals will become habits over time, which means you no longer have to even think about them!
