Setting and accomplishing goals is so much more fun when it is a team activity!
Using the worksheet, below, let your kids brainstorm on their own or brainstorm as a family. Or let the kids come up with their own goal ideas, then choose one to focus on as a family and all work together to figure out how to accomplish it.
Let the kids take the lead. They tend not to filter their thoughts the way adults do, and may come up with some fantastic ideas you never thought of.
(of course, they may also come up with ideas involving fairy godmothers or magic genies. You just never know!)
