Instead of an educational post, I am just going to use this time to remind you to take a little time for yourself today, and everyday, to get away from the craziness of the world.

Journal
Get out in nature (if possible)
Take a walk (if possible)
Dance
This was the line at our local warehouse club tonight. I was buying some vegetables and a raincoat, not stockpiling.
At least I met some nice people while waiting in line! 🙂
And, it is interesting to hear how my friends all over the world are being affected (and the few who live in parts of the world not affected).
