Will every deal be a great deal?
No.
But, the better prepared you are, the more likely you are to “get lucky”.
Start learning well before you expect to be ready to take action.
Do you research.
You can even do a trial run by pretending you took action and see how it may have turned out. For example, you could pretend you invested $100 in a specific stock, then track it to see how it does. Or, you could pretend you made an offer on a house, then check Zillow to see what it actually sold for. You get the idea.
